As a Registered nurse for the past twenty-six years, Dr. Johnson has held various nursing leadership positions in the healthcare industry. She has worked as hospital nursing supervisor, nursing policy formatting director, staff educator, Director of Quality Assurance under the compliance with JCAHO and the Office of Health Care Quality, Director of Nursing Services and Regional Director of Clinical Services. 

She has a proven record of accomplishment of successful outcomes in budget management, Medicare and Medicaid triple checks and Utilization review management. Most importantly, her love for children's well-being has become a major part of her life. She continues to support children with medical needs and works with several children's hospital in the United States, Nigeria, and other West African countries.

Dr. Johnson has over 35 years of experience as a nurse and over 30 years in leadership in the healthcare sector. She practiced as a senior executive director of nursing facilities. As a doctoral degree holder in nursing, she currently work as the chief nursing officer (CNO) in the United States of America serving all areas in the medical field.
